Gangneung is a city in Gangwon province on the east coast of South Korea. This special livery advertises the area as a touristic destination, with the local Gyeongpo Beach featured together with surfers & windsurfers on the port side as well as coffee cup representing Gangneung Coffee Street. The starboard side shows only titles.

This aircraft showed the contestants in two music shows that aired on MBN network in 2023/2024: on the port side, The King of Active Singers with female singers that were the final 7 contestants for Korea in a match against Japan. On the starboard side were the contestants of The Burning Roses, a spinoff show with the Top-7 contestants of "Burning Trotman", a male singer competition for Korean "trot" music.

Jeju Air celebrated the 10th anniversary of K-pop boy band phenomenon BTS. The two sides showed different decals and advertised the band's 10th anniversary festival which, under the "BTS Festa" title consisted in various events that took place both online and on-site, painting Seoul purple.

Busan was one of 4 cities competing to host the 2030 World Expo. Korean Air was a partner of the bid; in the meantime the airline also acted as a sponsor of the 2023 World tour of K-pop girl band Blackpink and it was decided to affix both decals on the same plane. Riyadh was chosen to host the Expo in late 2023 and the stickers were quickly removed thereafter.

T'way (IATA code TW) is third airline to participate in the “Pokémon Air Adventures” project of The Pokémon Company. The special scheme was unveiled in Seoul-Gimpo on December 28, 2022. Colourful spotlights and musical notes can be seen with Pikachu, Eevee, Jigglypuff, Charmander, Arcanine and friends apparently having a blast as they are surrounded by Meloetta's melody. The partnership with the airline includes inflight amenities with Pokemon designs, activities, as well as dual-branded original merchandise sold onboard.

The Fanguin Friends are a series of characters created for Shinhan Card, Korea's largest credit card company. They include "the first penguin to jump into the water" and this campaign expresses the longing for travel fealt by many Koreans during the Covid-19 pandemic. Three 737 were expected to carry the decals, however it ended up being just two.

A partnership between Korean Air and newly-formed pop "super group" SuperM started in November 2019 with the 7 idols appearing in the airline's new safety video and commercials from the KE "Let's Go Everywhere" marketing campaign. The group includes seven members from four SM label boy groups: Taemin from Shinee, Baekhyun and Kai from Exo, Taeyong and Mark from NCT 127, and Ten and Lucas from WayV.

"Korean Air Future Artist Olympiad" is the airline's children drawing contest; it began with the purpose of contributing to the advancement of children art education as a contest for all elementary school students who have an interest and talent in drawing.

The theme for the 11th edition was "Friends over the mountains, let's play together! One, two, three ~ This is a peace playground.", conveying the desire of children for a peaceful Korean peninsula and friendship with their counterparts from North Korea. A final 300 teams of pupils was chosen from an initial 779; the selected teams gathered in a Korean Air hangar in front of a 747 to design their final submission. The winning entry was the drawing of Kang Min-jin, Kim Eun-seo with their "Flower of happiness". Note this aircraft was stored 2020-2023 with the decals.
